Most people come to Yosemite to see the waterfalls, Half Dome, and El Capitan with little thought to some of the more interesting man-made structures. In this episode of Yosemite Nature Notes, Steve and the crew take a look at one of the more interesting and often overlooked historic places in Yosemite Valley — the Yosemite Rangers Club.

Don’t forget, when you’re done don’t forget to head over to Youtube and give it a thumbs up or leave a comment. It’s a great way to show how much we appreciate all the hard work Steve and his team do making these awesome videos.

  • Great appreciation for the hard work and thanks very much for the sharing.

  • Being lucky enough to spend almost a year of my life in Yosemite brings back great memories. To me and probably millions of other people around the world it is the most beautiful destination in the world. A destination that you MUST visit at least once in your lifetime. I have been fortunate enough to spend many weeks at a time in the solitude of the Yosemite rocks. Something to behold. As we progress with this lens we will be incorporating all kinds of fun things into the lens about Yosemite. For the best accommodations in and around Yosemite go the following link . ….A great place to go camping is Yosemite National Park in California.
