Sentinel Dome Time Lapse (video)
I love watching the clouds over Yosemite and the Sierra. There’s something really cool about the clouds shadows on the mountains that I’ve always liked. Here’s a great time lapse video of Half Dome from Sentinel Dome from Jake of the storm clouds passing over yesterday. The sunlight on the mountains and the shadows of the clouds are awesome.
If you’re interested in seeing more time lapse videos from the Yosemite Conservancy web cam’s check out HalfDome.net. Jorma has been compiling time lapse videos from the webcams for years but unfortunately they’re not in a format I can share on the blog. Take a look though, it’s interesting to watch.
