Photo of the Day: Mist Rainbow from Bridalveil Falls by Marc Crumpler
Today’s Photo of the Day comes to us from a long time friend of Yosemite Blog, Marc Crumpler. Marc said he would have liked to have used his ND filter but there was too much mist from the Fall (Bridalveil) so he just did a quick shot with the CP. I think it came out awesome. What do you think?

Wow. Too bad you cropped out the Unicorn from the original image. That’s all that’s missing on Bridalveil shot!

Thanks for a great shot. We are leaving for our summer volunteer stint tomorrow and will see the view but your shot is spectacular.

I like it! It’s very difficult to get good photos in that area because of the high contrast, but this one came out very well.
