Photo of the Day: Pohono Autumn by Charles Phillips

Loyd | December 16, 2009

Today’s Photo of the Day is a beautiful shot of Pohono Bridge and the Merced River by our good friend Charles Phillips (aka HighSierraCowboy on Flickr) from over at StoneCreekGallery.com

Who needs a New England fall when you can get colors as beautiful as this right here in Yosemite?

You can find more beautiful shots by Charles on at StoneCreekGallery.com or on his Flickr photo stream.

Great shot, Charles.

  1. Edie says:

Who needs New England Fall Colors? I do.

    It simply isn’t the same.

All that said, Charles’ image is spectacular, and does indeed bring to mind the peace of New England in Autumn. It makes me homesick for a season, rather than a place.
