Winter Storm Warning For Yosemite Area

If you’re headed up to the park get your warm clothes together and take lots of extra blankets and food. There’s a big storm headed this way.

CBS47 TV: “A FAST MOVING PACIFIC WINTER STORM IS TAKING AIM ON THE SIERRA
NEVADA AND IT WILL BRING THE THREAT OF HEAVY SNOW AND STRONG WINDS
BEGINNING WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THIS STORM SYSTEM WILL INCLUDE A VERY
STRONG JET STREAM WHICH MAY PRODUCE HIGH WINDS OVER THE SIERRA
HIGH COUNTRY AND EXPOSED LOCATIONS. SNOW AMOUNTS MAY BE
SUBSTANTIAL, HOWEVER THIS STORM WILL LIKELY BRING MODERATE SNOW
COMBINED WITH STRONG WINDS.”
