More New Stuff: Gravatars

Loyd | October 26, 2007

[Dane] was tweaking the back end of the site today and added a really cool new feature to the comments, Gravatars.

Gravatars (or Globally Recognized Avatars) are 80×80 pixel pictures that follow you around from site to site. What this means for you is that whenever you post a comment, and you use the same email that you signed up with on Gravatar.com, your photo will appear by your post. Pretty cool!

You can check it out by taking a look at the comments on this post Edie wrote this morning on the ancient Bristlecone Pines.

It’s FREE. All you have to do is head over to Gravatar.com and sign up. Remember, the email you signup with is the email you need to use when you comment.
