Something Fun for the Whole Family

My wife and I have something fun we like to do every time we go to Yosemite and it’s something you can even get your kids involved with. Every time we’re in the park we go to this same spot and take a picture of [Half Dome] reflected in the Merced. The goal is to get one of each season and frame them so you can put them up side by side on your wall or, change them as the seasons change in Yosemite.

Kids love it because they feel like it’s a “mission” they have to accomplish and will “remind” you that you need to stop and get the photo. It makes the long car drive up to the Park a little more bearable and your kids will be excited about being outdoors.
