Two Campgrounds Opening Today
Crane Flat Campground will open for the season today, Friday, June 1, 2012. Sites will are available for sale via www.recreation.gov or (877) 444-6777. Sites may also be reserved at any Yosemite campground office. Yosemite Creek Campground will also open for the season on Friday, June 1, 2012.

Our Heartfelt Sympathies
Our deepest sympathies go out to the young man’s family and friends who took his own life at Glacier Point last night. It saddens me deeply when a young person with their whole life ahead of them decides their problems are so bad they can’t go on.
