This time we’re looking down on Cathedral Lakes. This is actually Lower Cathedral Lake. You can tell by the granite at the leading edge of the shore of the lake. It’s a great place to nap. Upper Cathedral Lake is smaller and a couple of miles further up the John Muir Trail.
