The photo contest at Yosemite Pines RV and Family Lodging has received many extraordinary submissions and they are now posted on their web site

Amateur and professional photographers are encouraged to continue to send their photos of Yosemite National Park and the Gold Country of California as well as scenes of their vacations at Yosemite Pines Family Lodging. Entries will be chosen as winners each month and gift certificates for lodging are awarded to each winner.
Entrants are also encouraged to include a story about their vacation or the circumstances of the photo. The stories may be posted on the web site, however they are not part of the judging criteria for the contest.

I hate to be a “downer” but before anyone enters this contest they should carefully read the terms and conditions. Just by ENTERING your photograph you give the sponsors a blanket license to use your photograph for absolutely any purpose at any time without any compensation or even credit.
That is right. A complete unlimited unpaid license.
And not just for the winner. Anyone who ENTERS gives up all rights to the sponsors.
You are free to make your own decisions about the value of your photographic work, of course, but do consider this very carefully.

“By your action of sending photos via email, you certify you are the owner of the photos and stories. In addition, you are releasing the photos and written stories to Yosemite Pines RV Resort and Family Lodging and any third party marketing firms for the expressed electronic and print marketing use of Yosemite Pines RV Resort and Family Lodging. No compensation for these works is due other than the prizes awarded to the monthly Yosemite Pines RV Resort and Family Lodging photography contest winners. Should your story and/or photo be used for any marketing purpose of Yosemite Pines RV Resort and Family Lodging, we may elect to add your photo and/or writing credit where appropriate.”
