Most people don’t know that Yosemite holds some pretty big trout in the rivers and streams. Here’s a great video of a really beautiful fish that was caught in the Merced. Just remember, there’s no keeping the trout in Yosemite so you catch it, you have to let it go.

I didn’t know it was only C&R in Yosemite. I’ve seen mutiple people keeping browns up in higher lakes. I’ve personally only C&R in Yosemite but I didn’t know there was any regulations stating C&R only.
Nice fish. The fact that YNP has no stocking results in some quality trout. Good show.
