Well Allison as you can see by the photo Yosemite Falls is drying up quickly. Vernal, Nevada, and Bridalveil Falls are flowing OK with their typical mid-summer flow (some water but not huge like spring).
If you’re coming up I recommend checking out the Valley and then heading for some of the high country lakes that most people miss while you can get to them. They’re beautiful and you’ll escape the crowds from the Valley.

It’s pretty crowded up high too. We just stayed at our regular spot, Yosemite Creek and it was full since Thursday, even with the bear.
