Will Tioga Pass be ready by Memorial Day? Ehhhh….

Here’s a video posted by Caltrans showing the amount of snow still in Tioga Pass. The video was posted on the 5th of May but is labeled April 2017 so it could have been a couple of weeks ago and just posted but it’s a really good idea of the task at hand for the crews plowing the pass. Keep in mind this is the Mono side of the pass. It’s usually cleared before the Yosemite side.
