There’s a lot of construction taking place around Yosemite Valley right now that is affecting traffic but even hiking you may be surprised to find some of the more prominent trails closed. Here’s a quick list from the National Park Service of trails and their closures.
Bridalveil View Foot Trail
Closed – Tuesday 10/16 thru Friday 10/19
Open – Saturday 10/20 and Sunday 10/21
Closed – Monday 10/22 thru Friday 10/26
Bike Trail Lower Yosemite Falls Shuttle Bus Stop to Camp 6 Intersection.
Project to commence in approximately 3 weeks. Closures to be announced.
Muir Trail – Happy Isles to the Vernal Falls Bridge
Closed – Monday 10/15 for approximately 4 weeks
Detour will be provided with direction for Mist Trail and points beyond.
