In Yosemite, where the seasons are shorter because of the altitude, summer is often the only time when road work can be completed. Sure, it’s an inconvenience on your vacation having to stop for 10-15 minutes for the flag man but think of it this way, it’s your chance to slow down and experience the scenery instead of racing through and missing it from the drivers seat of your RV.
