Tunnel View is probably one of the world’s most photographed sights. And as such, it’s difficult to do it with any sort of originality. You have to depend on Mother Nature to provide a fresh perspective. Tonight was a temptation; We had a late afternoon shower that washed away the smoke from the SoCal fires, and left behind some lovely clouds. It would be easy to call any shots “clearing storm”. As the sun set, the clouds took on golden hues, and moved constantly. But the color faded, and the clouds remained. The sky took on a soft pink hue.
I kept shooting, hoping my camera could capture the subtle colors and the play of receding light on the clouds. I captured it, and post production brought out what the camera couldn’t capture. Enjoy.

This is an awesome variation of the tunnel view.
