I’ve always found Tilt Shift Photography to a bit magical. You take a regular photo and through something as simple as blurring areas to imitate changes in depth of field, create a photo where everything looks like a miniature.
Here’s a photo from Cdine on Flickr of the long tunnel on the Big Oak Flat Road that he made into a Tilt Shift Photo. Pretty cool.
I keep expecting Trolley from Mr. Rogers Neighborhood to come out.
