The search effort for Ottorrina Bonaventura who has been missing since July 30th was scaled back over the weekend as hope of finding the 80 year old diminished.

Ottorrina Bonaventura of Schererville has been missing since last Monday when she and three friends went for a hike in a remote area near Emeric Lake.
Park officials say they scaled back search and rescue efforts over the weekend.
Last week, about 100 search and rescue workers looked through a rugged area east of Merced Lake and south of Tuolumne Meadows in the search for Bonaventura”
