Today’s Photo of the Day is another beautiful shot by Jason Armstrong, this one from the Gates of the Valley. I like shooting from this location because you can get so much of what is Yosemite in the frame. Granite peaks, tall waterfalls, pine trees, big meadows and the Merced River. In Jason’s caption he wrote, “Last shot after 30 fantastic hours shooting in Yosemite.” Hopefully you got some sleep in those 30 hours.
