Good news for those of us who have been going if the water in California’s reservoirs from last years heavy snowpack and rain would be enough to quench this thirsty state’s thirst, there’s rain in the forecast for the next week!
Over the next five days a low pressure sitting off the coast of Washington is expected to draw cold, wet air down from the Pacific off the coast of Alaska giving us a good chance to get some of the much needed rain and maybe, even a little snow at higher elevations. Unfortunately for us, the brunt of the storm is moving up through Washington and into Canada.
