From 10am to 4pm this Saturday, December 13th, El Portal will come alive with art as local artists including: Penny Otwell, Sally Owens, Allison Grove, Ann & Ralph Mendershausen, Tracy Greenwood, Becky Caraco, Lothlorien Stewart partake in El Portal Open Studios 2008, a gathering in El Portal to show off their work. This is a great chance to meet the artists, check out some demos and pick up some beautiful art for your home or office. There will be paintings, prints, notecards, glass and silver hand made jewelry and ceramics. Lots of beautiful items to make this Christmas extra special.
Penny says just follow the signs from 140 into El Portal to either her studio or the Stewart Studio where the festivities will be taking place. The Otwell Studio is located at 5551 Foresta Road and the Stewart Studio at 9757 Pine Road.
