Redwood Creek wines is sponsoring the 2nd annual Campfire Classic recipe contest with a chance to do just that, win $10,000 and $5,000 for your favorite national park.
Redwood Creek: “Redwood Creek is calling on America’s amateur cast-iron chefs and outdoor enthusiasts to enter the second national Redwood Creek Campfire Classic. This year, one finalist from each of the five regions — Northwest, Southwest, Southeast, Northeast and Midwest — will compete in a cook-off to earn the title of America’s Favorite Campfire Chef.
Redwood Creek will invite five talented cooks to New York City to prepare their gourmet recipes over a campfire for a chance to win a $10,000 grand prize and a $5,000 donation to their favorite national park. The public will also be invited to cast their votes online for their favorite finalist’s recipe for a $1,000 People’s Choice Award. Beginning April 2nd through May 15th 2007, enter your unique recipe and you might be one of five “campicureans” who will participate in the Campfire Classic this June!”
