The Big Meadow Fire is 70% contained tonight. The Tioga Road, Big Oak Flat Road, Tamarack Campground, Crane Flat Campground all will remain closed through the holiday weekend. Residents are being allowed to return to their homes in Foresta tonight. Crews are making excellent progress building firelines in the Tamarack Flat area, the last, uncontained portion of the fire.
