If you’re thinking about staying in one of the High Sierra Camps there’s no better way than to be sure you’re going to get your tent than by participating in the High Sierra Camp Lottery for a reservation.

Barbara sent me an email to let me know that the High Sierra Camp desk is now open for people to request lottery applications for the 2008 High Sierra Camps. Applications need to be turned in by November 30, 2007.

Don’t worry too much if you don’t win a place in the lottery though, all remaining reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis. This does mean that someone else can get the time you want so the lottery is the best way to go.

For more information check out the website.

Thanks for the information, Barbara.
