Tioga Pass is open again this morning for the fourth time this year. After the initial opening in May the East-West thoroughfare through Yosemite’s high country has closed and opened once after the Big Meadow Fire closed the road and two more times after the recent snow storms. The pass shouldn’t be closing anytime soon…
